Our Mission

Reflect & Connect

Camino Reflect provides much needed space for reflecting on what really matters, what you want to achieve and what you should leave in the past.
 

Who is it for?

  • Individuals at a crossroads in life or career. 

  • People who want to disconnect from their routine and try something new. 

  • Those determined to learn and grow through an exciting set of challenges. 

The Challenge

A Journey of Reflection

  • Walk 100km - Choose between the French or Portuguese routes. Collect your stamps along the way to get your official pilgrim credentials. 

  • Social media Detox - Stay off social media and limit your screen time as much as possible. You can still call a friend and take some photos. 

  • Moments of silence - Spend 30 minutes each day walking to the sound of the birds. No music or podcasts; just observe your thoughts and see what you learn about yourself.

  • Meet new people - Flex your social muscles by sparking up conversations with fellow pilgrims.

  • Why do we promote walking solo?
    From hundreds of hours speaking with pilgrims, we found those who have the most transformative experiences start the Camino solo. This provides them with an opportunity to spend time alone in nature, let their thoughts run free and meet new people along the way.
  • What can I find in the online group?
    We are all about taking time to reflect. You can hear the experiences of other solo pilgrims and share your own experience and the lessons you've acquired along the way.
  • Can I join the group if I didn't walk the Camino yet?
    Yes. Anyone interested in the idea of solo travel and reflection can join the group.
  • How much is the online group?
    It's totally free.
